What you will do

• Coordinate comprehensive onboarding programs for permanent and associate lecturers.
• Manage faculty recruitment including CV screening and organizing recruitment days.
• Oversee workload planning and annual leave management to ensure operational continuity and teaching quality.
• Monitor faculty KPIs, deadlines, and marking standards to ensure compliance with professional standards.
• Conduct regular 1-2-1 meetings, probations, and appraisals to support staff development.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure partner and regulatory compliance across all schools.

Requirements

• Experience of management, development, and training within a Higher Education (HE) context.
• Background working in a regulated sector with strict compliance and monitoring requirements.
• Educated to degree level, preferably with a Master’s in a relevant subject or professional leadership experience.
• Strong diplomacy, negotiating, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within a complex matrix environment.
• Must provide Right to Work verification for the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience in teaching, curriculum development, or quality management in an HE environment.
• Project management experience.
