What you will do

• Build automated, scalable L&D workflows using AI and emerging technologies.
• Optimize and evolve the LMS into a personalized, future-ready learning experience.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of learning programs, including planning, logistics, and budget optimization.
• Create dashboards and reporting to track learning impact and drive business improvements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to build role-based learning pathways and high-quality content.
• Facilitate engaging learning sessions to drive professional development and behavior change.

Requirements

• Experience building automated workflows using system integrations (APIs, data flows).
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (LLMs) in a business context.
• Proficiency in optimizing LMS platforms for user experience and personalization.
• Experience in learning operations, coordination, and administration.
• Ability to create dashboards and utilize reporting tools to generate business insights.
• Experience facilitating learning interventions.

Nice to have

• Experience with multiple learning systems and awareness of emerging people-tech.
• Basic scripting skills and experience with no-code/low-code software platforms.
• Digital learning design capability, including e-learning and playbooks.
• Basic content creation skills for presentations and guides.
