What you will do

• Deliver engaging training to chauffeurs to provide five-star luxury customer experience.
• Maintain content and create country-specific learning initiatives.
• Act as the voice of the chauffeur, answering questions and providing guidance.
• Assess chauffeurs against hirify.global Standards and deliver feedback during coaching and 1:1 trainings.
• Partner with peers in other regions to improve processes and exceed passenger expectations.

Requirements

• Passion for engaging facilitation and training others.
• 3+ years in a specialised Training role.
• Track record of delivering engaging training programmes meeting exacting customer standards.
• In-depth knowledge of MS PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• 2+ years in customer-facing environment, preferably luxury industry.
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.

Nice to have

• Experience in Articulate 360 suite.
• Passion for luxury vehicles and knowledge of their specifications.
