Location: hirify.global London office (onsite, 6-month fixed-term contract with potential to extend)

What you will do

• Create compelling natural dialogue for characters in business and organizational settings
• Design gamified training experiences in the custom platform using creativity, behavioral thinking, and AI tools
• Collaborate with project managers, visual designers, and sales to understand customer needs and learning objectives
• Run workshops and interviews with customers to identify learning and behavioral approaches
• Help customers build and iterate learning experiences in the hirify.global platform
• Contribute to product development and understand hirify.global's products, values, and operations

Requirements

• Excellent English, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of learning design and behaviour change principles
• Ability to write believable dialogue, authentic workplace interactions, and engaging learner journeys
• Good understanding of story and creating engaging audience experiences
• Experience working in project teams with timelines and customer management
• Ability to interpret client requirements and adapt to project tone, business needs, and learning goals
• Curiosity about emerging AI tools for content development and learning design

Nice to have

• Experience with or interest in game design
