VP of Finance (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Advise the leadership team on long-term financial decisions, M&A, and growth strategies.
• Oversee financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and manage operational costs to improve profitability.
• Manage cost of goods sold (COGS) tracking and supply chain accounting across multiple entities.
• Build and standardize scalable financial processes to support business growth and data integrity.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting and finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• CPA, CMA, or CFA certifications are highly desirable.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience in supply chain or distribution environments and multi-entity/acquisition-driven organizations.
• Deep expertise in GAAP and supply chain cost/margin management.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
