What you will do

• Publish and schedule content on TikTok and YouTube, optimizing formats, posting times, and captions.
• Manage community interactions by responding to comments and DMs to drive active conversations and growth.
• Develop and maintain structured weekly and monthly content calendars to ensure a consistent posting cadence.
• Craft platform-specific copy and maintain a sharp, witty, and engaging brand voice.
• Monitor performance metrics and stay updated on algorithm changes to refine organic growth strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager, or Organic Growth Specialist.
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone to different platforms and audience behaviors.
• Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, viral content patterns, and engagement optimization.
• Must be located in Colombia, Mexico, or Brazil.
• Availability to work during U.S. Business Hours.
