What you will do

• Plan, create, and publish native social media content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Develop and maintain the social media content calendar in collaboration with campaign teams.
• Manage online communities by monitoring and responding to comments and messages.
• Ensure social media content aligns with brand guidelines and broader marketing campaigns.
• Track and report on performance to identify trends and engagement opportunities.
• Oversee channel governance, including the development of guidelines and asset management.

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of professional experience with social media platforms.
• Proven track record in content creation (copy, visuals, video) tailored to digital platforms.
• Experience in community management and building online presence.
• Ability to build multi-platform content strategies and paid campaigns.
• Fluency in English (professional proficiency).
• Must be based in or able to work from Lund, Sweden (approximately 80% on-site).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
• Experience with B2B marketing or the technology sector.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
