Salary: $129,600 - $207,400

What you will do

• Lead development and implementation of software projects interfacing directly with ATE hardware and firmware.
• Define software requirements with other departments and align with business goals.
• Develop software drivers, assist with release cycles, and debug modules using software toolsets.
• Build and maintain internal tools for development, debugging, and quality assurance.
• Manage product requirements, task definition, effort estimates, schedules, and status reporting.
• Oversee development team's standards, processes, staff, contractors, and engineering service providers.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience
• Proficient in C/C++ and C#
• Familiar with Azure DevOps, MS 365, Visual Studio, and full software development cycle
• Proficient with hardware-facing software and source control (Azure/Git)
• Product development experience with cross-functional teams (software, mechanical, electrical, systems)
• Experience managing teams, outsourced engineering, SOWs, and product requirements
• Familiar with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and thermal automated test
