What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of software projects for Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).
• Develop and maintain software drivers and manage release cycles.
• Build programmatic interfaces between low-level hardware, firmware, and user-level software.
• Develop internal tools for the debugging and quality assurance process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, firmware, mechanical, and systems engineers.
• Manage a team of internal staff and contract software engineers, including outsourced service providers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and C#.
• Extensive experience with hardware-facing software and Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and Visual Studio.
• Proven track record in managing product requirements, development schedules, and effort estimates.
• Experience overseeing development team standards and managing SOWs for outsourced engineering.
