What you will do

• Craft compelling narratives and storytelling to shape how the world perceives the brand.
• Own and grow the DevOps Leaders Program and Customer Slack community to deepen engagement and loyalty.
• Lead PR and communications efforts to secure media coverage and thought leadership opportunities.
• Drive an employee advocacy program to turn the internal team into brand advocates on social media.
• Develop and execute brand and community strategies aligned with overarching business goals.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing with a focus on PR, community management, or brand communications, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Proven track record of executing high-impact PR campaigns and community initiatives.
• Exceptional storytelling skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Data-driven mindset with experience optimizing brand awareness and reputation metrics.

• Knowledge of or experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
