What you will do
- Own brand strategy, category narrative, and the evolution of the brand's voice and visual identity.
- Lead retail go-to-market plans, including in-store activations and demo strategies to increase shelf velocity.
- Manage external PR partners and drive founder-led press in health, lifestyle, and trade media.
- Scale the Health Professional Ambassador Program by building partnerships with MDs, RDs, and practitioners.
- Develop a comprehensive content and education engine across social, podcasts, and SEO.
- Manage the marketing budget and track ROI through metrics like trial rates and organic search volume.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of brand and marketing experience at early-to-growth stage CPG companies.
- At least 2–3 years of experience at the Director level or equivalent.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven track record of scaling a CPG brand through national retail launches.
- Experience in functional health, wellness, supplements, or beverages strongly preferred.
- Hands-on operator mindset with the ability to write copy and manage paid media personally.
Nice to have
- Specific experience in the women's health domain.
- Startup experience; backgrounds exclusively from large CPG corporations are unlikely to fit.
