What you will do

  • Own brand strategy, category narrative, and the evolution of the brand's voice and visual identity.
  • Lead retail go-to-market plans, including in-store activations and demo strategies to increase shelf velocity.
  • Manage external PR partners and drive founder-led press in health, lifestyle, and trade media.
  • Scale the Health Professional Ambassador Program by building partnerships with MDs, RDs, and practitioners.
  • Develop a comprehensive content and education engine across social, podcasts, and SEO.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track ROI through metrics like trial rates and organic search volume.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of brand and marketing experience at early-to-growth stage CPG companies.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience at the Director level or equivalent.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven track record of scaling a CPG brand through national retail launches.
  • Experience in functional health, wellness, supplements, or beverages strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on operator mindset with the ability to write copy and manage paid media personally.

Nice to have

  • Specific experience in the women's health domain.
  • Startup experience; backgrounds exclusively from large CPG corporations are unlikely to fit.
