What you will do

• Perform data cleanup within the Infor SyteLine ERP system to ensure record accuracy.
• Create standardized internal reference libraries by documenting step-by-step workflows for order entry and account setup.
• Assist the marketing team with updating sales collateral and preparing materials for trade shows.
• Coordinate the handoff between Marketing and Sales Support for demos and workshops by tracking action items and documentation.

Requirements

• Must be a college student pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Kennewick, WA.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Infor SyteLine.
