What you will do

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Post Orders, and security policies for event operations.
• Manage administrative reporting, including incident reports, event security plans, and flash reports.
• Oversee security staff training, performance management, and disciplinary reports.
• Conduct security investigations and respond to emergencies, utilizing CCTV footage analysis.
• Liaise with the General Manager and external partners to define security requirements for all venue events.
• Manage the event security budget, including forecasts for staffing levels in collaboration with Finance.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of security operations and management experience in sizeable entertainment, sports, or theatre venues.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing budgets and executing third-party contracts.
• Knowledge of CCTV, surveillance equipment, radio communication systems, and fire codes.
• Experience working with local/state public safety agencies and managing employees in a union environment.
• Must be based in Las Vegas, NV.
• Required certifications: NV Alcohol Awareness Card and LVMPD Unarmed Security Work Card.
