Director, Medical Education & Grants (Biotech): Driving compliant medical education plans and grants management systems supporting HCP programs with an accent on strategy, operations, compliance, and cross-functional alignment. Location: Fully remote from anywhere, occasional travel (~20%) required. US-specific benefits (401k, health coverage).
Salary: $185,000–$252,500 Annual

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end review of medical education grant requests, develop summaries and recommendations aligned with policies and regulations.
- Oversee grants management system, including review committees, contracting, budgeting, audit readiness, and project tools.
- Partner with Finance on budget development, tracking, contracting, and forecasting.
- Prepare reports on grants tracking, metrics, and outcomes; manage data systems for review, approval, and archiving.
- Identify educational gaps and provide strategic guidance on grant funding decisions.
- Communicate with providers for outcomes reporting, program quality checks, and close-outs; observe programs as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree + 8+ years in pharma/biotech Medical Affairs/Grants management.
- Expert knowledge of guidelines (FDA, PhRMA, OIG, AMA, ACCME, Sunshine Act).
- Strategic thinking, leadership presence, strong communication, relationship-building.
- Experience with grants systems, timelines, budgets, vendor management.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable to priorities, process improvement mindset.

- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP-C).
