What you will do

• Lead the global ESG strategy and develop a net-zero roadmap aligned with science-based targets.
• Oversee ESG disclosures and reporting, ensuring compliance with GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, and ISSB frameworks.
• Direct enterprise-wide carbon accounting (Scope 1, 2, and 3) across global operations.
• Develop and implement climate transition plans, including emissions reduction and offset strategies.
• Monitor ESG regulations across the U.S., EU, UK, and APAC to ensure organizational readiness.
• Manage relationships with investors and ESG rating agencies such as CDP and MSCI.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility, preferably in a global organization.
• Proven experience leading net-zero strategy development and implementation.
• Deep knowledge of ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, ISSB) and carbon accounting methodologies.
• Experience working across international regulatory environments (Americas, EMEA, APAC).
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in sustainability or environmental science preferred.
• Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, CA
