.NET Engineer (HRtech)

Location: Zagreb, Croatia — hybrid

hirify.global provides Payroll and HR services and develops HRnet, a web-based Human Resources Information System covering core HR, payroll, time and attendance, talent management, travel management, and other HR modules.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain software solutions supporting the HRnet web application.
• Design, develop, and test new HRnet features and future versions.
• Improve existing solutions and contribute to technical enhancements.
• Work on large-scale, long-term projects within the hirify.global Croatia business environment.
• Propose and implement new technologies and improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience with .NET technologies.
• Experience with web-based business applications and related technologies.
• Experience with .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web API.
• Ability to learn, adapt, and work with new technologies and business domains.
• Motivated, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS SQL.
