Customer Support (Fintech): Providing side-by-side customer assistance in branches and transitioning to remote telephone and digital support with an accent on guiding customers through critical life events and digital banking. Location: Must be based in or within reasonable distance of Ashton Under Lyne for the first 9 months, transitioning to remote work thereafter.

Salary: £26,200 (increasing to £26,950 after 6 months)

What you will do

• Support customers side-by-side in Lloyds and Halifax branches during the initial period.
• Transition to a remote role handling inbound calls, social media, web-chat, and video appointments.
• Guide customers through sensitive situations, including bereavement and fraud concerns.
• Promote and assist customers in using online and mobile banking independently.
• Identify opportunities to connect customers with appropriate banking products and services.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of customer service experience.
• Suitable home working environment including a private area for calls and a stable/secure Wi-Fi connection.
• Ability to work in branches near Ashton Under Lyne for up to 9 months.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering on promises.
