TL;DR
Customer Support (Fintech): Providing side-by-side customer assistance in branches and transitioning to remote telephone and digital support with an accent on guiding customers through critical life events and digital banking. Focus on resolving fraud concerns, supporting vulnerable customers, and promoting digital services.
Location: Must be based in or within reasonable distance of Ashton Under Lyne for the first 9 months, transitioning to remote work thereafter.
Salary: £26,200 (increasing to £26,950 after 6 months)

What you will do
- Support customers side-by-side in Lloyds and Halifax branches during the initial period.
- Transition to a remote role handling inbound calls, social media, web-chat, and video appointments.
- Guide customers through sensitive situations, including bereavement and fraud concerns.
- Promote and assist customers in using online and mobile banking independently.
- Identify opportunities to connect customers with appropriate banking products and services.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of customer service experience.
- Suitable home working environment including a private area for calls and a stable/secure Wi-Fi connection.
- Ability to work in branches near Ashton Under Lyne for up to 9 months.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering on promises.
