TL;DR

Licence Check Advisor (Fintech): Managing the vehicle licence verification process and providing customer support within the Vehicle Operations team with an accent on regulatory compliance and stakeholder communication. Focus on resolving licence check issues, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing the verification workflow.

Location: Hybrid (Watford, UK). Must spend at least three days per week (60%) at the Watford office; 5 days a week required during the training period.

Salary: £31,379 - £33,030

What you will do

  • Manage the daily licence check process and oversee the external supplier.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve licence verification issues.
  • Act as a referral point for insurance risks outside standard acceptance criteria.
  • Process supplier invoices and manage the dedicated licence check mailbox.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, brokers, and insurers to resolve client service issues.
  • Compile and report necessary data and customer issues to the Insurance Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Warm, enthusiastic personality with a strong customer service ethos and attention to detail.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Watford, UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the car leasing industry.
  • Previous experience in licence check management and supplier oversight.
