What you will do

• Build and own predictive marketing models and high-impact Looker dashboards to enable proactive, data-driven decisions.
• Drive end-to-end analytics pipelines using SQL and Python, from data cleaning and feature engineering to model development.
• Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate complex analytical outcomes into practical recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor for data-informed marketing strategies by turning complex data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on expertise in Looker, including advanced data modeling, dashboard design, and performance optimization.
• Full command of SQL and Python with experience developing predictive marketing models and applying ML techniques.
• Strong commercial and strategic acumen to translate analytical outputs into business implications for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and champion a data-first culture.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office.
