What you will do

• Design, prototype, and produce AI features and agents for real-world ERP deployments.
• Build rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure the quality, reliability, and performance of AI features.
• Assess the feasibility and impact of AI concepts within a business operations context.
• Translate user needs into scalable data workflows and logic.
• Audit, optimize, and scale customer-facing SQL reports across the ERP platform.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a data science, machine learning, or AI engineering role.
• Comprehensive understanding of generative AI components, including LLMs, embeddings, and RAG design patterns.
• Strong expertise in Python and relevant ML/AI frameworks.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex, user-facing reporting.
• Fluency in both English and German.
• Must be based in Europe.
