What you will do

• Lead the design and deployment of robust ML solutions and production-ready MLOps pipelines.
• Optimize algorithms for rankings, recommendations, conversion, and dynamic pricing.
• Implement LLMs for entity extraction, automated content generation, and operational automation.
• Conduct rigorous A/B tests and use statistical methods to guide data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate business challenges into technical roadmaps.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain high engineering standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science and ML within a high-growth tech/scale-up environment.
• Strong expertise in probability, statistics, calculus, and ML fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python (PyData stack), SQL, and tools like Databricks, Airflow, and MLflow.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic approaches.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and software engineering (Git, CI/CD, Docker).
• Must be living in the Netherlands for a hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience with reinforcement learning or graph neural networks.
• Knowledge of Causal Inference techniques.
