Salary: Capped at €100,000 gross per annum.

What you will do

• Build and apply ML solutions to improve support operations, metadata enrichment, and ticket processing.
• Design and develop ML models to solve real product and operational challenges.
• Own the full model lifecycle from prototyping to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Improve and scale MLOps infrastructure to support experimentation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Systematize the use of LLMs, establishing evaluation and monitoring guidelines and protocols.
• Partner with Product, Data, Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist.
• Strong foundation in ML theory and proficiency in Python with object-oriented design.
• Experience with at least two of: Hydra, Dagster, AWS, Github Actions, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Proven experience integrating third-party LLMs in a production environment.
• Experience in designing and creating MLOps pipelines.
• Must be based in the Netherlands, be an EU resident, or possess a valid work visa.

Nice to have

• Experience with ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of Redshift, DBT, or Clickhouse.
• Academic background in statistics or statistical modelling.
