What you will do

• Lead improvement of secure and scalable data service components for compliant data use in the record keeping domain.
• Build and optimise high-performance Databricks pipelines to process billions of records.
• Develop FastAPI services to deliver compliant data for platform users.
• Create automation to enhance reliability and reduce manual interventions in data workflows.
• Collaborate with teams to embed governance, quality, and performance in end-to-end data solutions.
• Strengthen governance through secure and automated data workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering production data solutions
• Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, FastAPI, including Databricks optimisation
• Experience with Azure services: Data Factory, Storage, SQL, DevOps
• Analytical thinking, collaboration skills, problem-solving mindset
• Structured communication, adaptability, result-oriented working style
