What you will do

• Own the architecture: Design, build, and evolve the IPaaS platform in Azure for scalability, performance, and resilience.
• Guarantee platform integrity: Ensure high availability and reliability.
• Lead incident response: Participate in on-call rotations as the escalation point for complex issues.
• Drive operational excellence: Automate processes, implement monitoring, and manage costs.
• Mentor team members and foster continuous learning and technical excellence.

Requirements

• 6+ years in system engineering with highly-available workloads in enterprise cloud environments.
• Deep expertise in Azure (preferred), Kubernetes, Istio, IaC (Terraform/OpenTofu), observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), networking, and programming (Python/Go).
• Hands-on with Helm, ArgoCD, Kustomize, service mesh, and cloud security principles.
• Autonomous, proactive, with strong troubleshooting, automation-first mindset, and mentorship skills.

Nice to have

• AI-assisted operations.
• Experience with Knative.
• Background in FinTech or other IPaaS solutions.
