What you will do

• Conduct customer and market research, analyzing needs, workflows, and pain points
• Perform competitive analysis including feature comparisons, trials, and documentation
• Build processes and agents to analyze feedback from calls, ideas, and dashboards; synthesize patterns and make recommendations
• Assist with problem discovery, opportunity framing, and insights documentation
• Review and contribute to product processes, knowledge bases, and documentation
• Partner with stakeholders on tooling, metrics, dashboards, and process improvements

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate student in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Strong research, data analysis, and critical thinking skills
• Curiosity about technology, SaaS products, and customer problems
• Analytical mindset to structure research and synthesize insights
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with data, documentation, and presentations
• Collaborative in fast-paced team environment
• Interest in Product Management, UX, Product Ops, or GTM roles
• Exposure to B2B SaaS, IT, cybersecurity, or MSP ecosystems preferred
