What you will do

• Design and implement identity and access management controls including SSO, MFA, RBAC, conditional access, and Zero Trust Network Access
• Lead endpoint security strategy with MDM, EDR, DLP, and device hardening
• Define and enforce security best practices across the organization
• Partner with IT, Engineering, and Security teams to secure internal systems, endpoints, SaaS applications, and infrastructure
• Build security automation, tooling, and agents for governance and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
• Respond to internal security events and manage corporate AI security strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent
• 7+ years as security engineer or IT systems engineer focused on security
• Understanding of security weaknesses, exploits, attacks, and mitigations
• Strong knowledge of identity management, endpoint security, and cloud-based SaaS environments
• Scripting ability in Python for security and compliance automation
• Experience aligning security risks and plans with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; strategic and operational thinking
• Experience in high-growth startup environment
