Salary: $155,000 – $185,000 + equity

What you will do

• Define the long-term security architecture to protect corporate systems, data, and people.
• Lead the design and implementation of zero trust principles across identity, device posture, and network controls.
• Act as the final technical escalation point for high-impact security incidents and lead root-cause analysis.
• Partner with IT and infrastructure teams to embed security into operational processes and automation workflows.
• Evaluate, select, and govern security technologies and vendors.
• Mentor senior and staff-level security and IT engineers to raise organizational maturity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in security operations or engineering, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment.
• 3+ years of development experience with modern languages such as Python, C++, Rust, or Go.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and security best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations.
