What you will do

• Execute end-to-end APAC strategic initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment, delivery, and measurable outcomes.
• Translate regional priorities into actionable workplans with defined owners, milestones, timelines, and risks.
• Design and implement APAC-wide and country-level campaigns to advance responsible AI adoption and strengthen regional presence.
• Manage flagship partnerships and executive engagements with governments, universities, industry leaders, and NGOs.
• Coordinate across policy, legal, product, research, and go-to-market teams to align regional initiatives.
• Analyze emerging geopolitical and policy priorities to develop practical engagement plans and execution recommendations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic initiatives, partnerships, public policy, consulting, or program management.
• Proven track record supporting senior executives or regional leadership in high-growth, complex organizations.
• Significant experience leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution as a senior individual contributor.
• Expertise in building external engagement programs and partnerships involving multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for preparing senior-level briefings and memos.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Fluency or professional working proficiency in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean.
• Familiarity with AI technology policy, digital regulation, government affairs, or geopolitical issues.
