What you will do

• Drive strategic initiatives, complex cross-functional programs, and org-wide change management.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI tools and agents using LLMs to automate program execution toil.
• Apply engineering practices to create robust and scalable internal tooling, including API and architecture design.
• Utilize version control (Git), participate in code reviews, and manage deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to plan requirements and manage project schedules.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in strategic initiatives and cross-functional technical program management.
• Foundational understanding of software engineering, including system architecture and clean code principles.
• Proven track record of aligning leadership and driving execution for complex projects.
• Experience with AI/automation tooling to eliminate repetitive operational toil.
• Must be based on-site in Singapore.

• Prior experience building automation on n8n and Cursor.
