Procurement Lead (iGaming)

Location: Remote from Malta or Gibraltar

What you will do

• Lead supplier governance, vendor performance management, and contractual alignment across operational and marketing partners.
• Evaluate suppliers financially and commercially, support tenders, and contribute to final vendor selection.
• Develop supplier relationships and monitor SLAs, KPIs, contractual obligations, and agreed commercial terms.
• Review vendor costs, billing accuracy, spend trends, pricing structures, and renewal timelines.
• Identify financial risks, inefficiencies, savings opportunities, and renegotiation options.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and other departments on budgeting, contract governance, due diligence, onboarding, and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or finance-related roles, ideally in iGaming.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including cost control, budgeting, and spend analysis.
• Experience reviewing contracts, pricing models, supplier commercial terms, SLAs, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in Excel.
• ERP or procure-to-pay system experience is a plus.
