Territory Manager - Fresno

What you will do

• Drive results through execution and accountability for territory performance.
• Lead the successful launch of YCANTH with healthcare professionals.
• Conduct in-person visits, meetings, and communications with HCPs and customers.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key physicians and stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business reimbursement teams.
• Provide field insights impacting affiliated physicians and follow company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health Science (4-year degree from accredited institution)
• 5+ years relevant sales experience in life sciences/biopharma, Dermatology or Pediatrics
• Experience launching new brands in Dermatology or Pediatrics.
• Proven track record in institutions, group practices, and stakeholder management.
• High competency in strategic planning, execution, KOL development, and compliant campaigns.
• Strong communication, influence skills, and adaptability in fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with buy-and-bill products or HUB pharmacy.
