What you will do

• Dive deep into operational challenges in Customer Care and Medical Ops, identifying root causes through rigorous analysis and data insights
• Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize workflows and scale operations efficiently
• Collaborate with Data team to define KPIs, analyze performance, and drive improvements
• Support setup and scaling of new healthcare categories, including doctor supply, logistics, and customer touchpoints
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations to implement and execute solutions
• Prototype, test, and iterate on improvements in a fast-paced environment for tangible impact

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or fast-paced startup
• Strong problem-solving skills to break down complex challenges
• AI-first mindset with experience or interest in AI tools, automation, no-code/low-code solutions
• Technical affinity to collaborate with engineers
• Entrepreneurial attitude, self-starter thriving in ambiguity and high-pressure
