What you will do

• Own pricing performance for assigned markets to improve revenue and contribution margins.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Analyze KPIs and large datasets using Excel and R to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Country and Category Management to align on pricing measures and priorities.
• Contribute to the evolution of pricing tools, processes, and AI-supported solutions.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or data-driven commercial roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with R/R Studio is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with regular onsite presence in Cologne, Germany.
