What you will do

• Support the data-driven improvement of business processes and products in an international environment.
• Model and document processes using the Celonis process portal and analyze departmental data.
• Communicate with stakeholders and participate in process alignment workshops for digitization.
• Prepare and contribute to the execution of workshops and training sessions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary, international teams across various hirify.global Group departments.

Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Experience in optimizing business processes and summarizing process modeling workshops.
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and experience with visual collaboration platforms like Miro.
• Ability to fluently use in-house AI tools (e.g., hirify.globalGPT).
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work onsite in Harsewinkel, Germany.
