hirify.global is an international family-owned company developing innovative agricultural machinery and products.

What you will do

• Support data-driven improvement of business processes and products across multiple departments.
• Model and document processes in the hirify.global process portal using Celonis.
• Analyze process data from different departments and support process digitization.
• Communicate with stakeholders and participate in process alignment workshops.
• Prepare and help deliver workshops and training sessions.

Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Initial experience in business process optimization and documenting process modeling workshops.
• Initial knowledge of process modeling with BPMN 2.0 and experience with visual collaboration platforms such as Miro.
• Fluent use of in-house AI tools such as hirify.globalGPT.
• Very good German and English skills, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and independent working skills.
