What you will do

• Lead financial and operational oversight for the Global Product organization.
• Drive process automation and efficiency initiatives to empower engineering and platform management functions.
• Develop and manage Global KPI analysis and reporting using dashboards for strategic decision-making.
• Oversee workforce planning and resource allocation to optimize labor and roadmap strategies.
• Collaborate with procurement, legal, HR, and finance to ensure seamless cross-functional execution.
• Support the Senior Director in executing the team's vision, strategy, and operational policies.
