What you will do

• Map end-to-end team workflows to identify hidden friction, workarounds, and manual fixes.
• Translate discovery insights into a prioritized backlog, partnering with engineering to ship and iterate fast.
• Navigate stakeholders across planning, analytics, and insights to maintain platform coherence while advocating for users.
• Define and track success metrics, including adoption, accuracy, and time-to-schedule.
• Drive rapid delivery of improvements in a high-expectation environment to ensure visible progress for users.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Manchester office.
• Strong experience in workflow analysis and mapping actual daily reality versus stated processes.
• Proven ability in stakeholder navigation and diplomatic communication.
• Experience in high-pressure or startup environments where delivery pace and early momentum are critical.
• Ability to articulate value through business cases, prototypes, and storytelling.
