Location: Hybrid (Barcelona). Must be based within commuting distance of the Barcelona hub (3 days a week in-person).

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Flights within the Travel ecosystem.
• Drive high-velocity execution by combining customer feedback and data with AI to reshape team operations.
• Craft intuitive user experiences that simplify the journey from search and booking to trip management.
• Leverage AI to automate tedious manual processes and personalize the experience for travelers and managers.
• Rapidly prototype products using tools like Claude and Cursor to accelerate the development lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional squads using a servant-leadership approach to foster creativity and collaboration.

Requirements

• Professional background in the travel industry, specifically in the flight space, is required.
• Fluency in data and a proven ability to make data-driven product decisions and prioritize trade-offs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence engineers, designers, and diverse stakeholders without direct authority.
• Passion for AI shown through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects.
• Fluency with modern prototyping tools (Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code) and collaboration environments like Figma and Git.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
