hirify.global is a global talent platform that connects top remote developers with fast-growing startups and tech companies using a combination of human expertise and AI automation.

What you will do

  • Proactively source candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, Slack communities, and niche job boards.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for 10–15 open roles simultaneously.
  • Craft and send personalized outreach messages and email sequences to passive candidates.
  • Perform light screening to assess candidate interest, availability, and basic fit.
  • Develop Boolean search strings and sourcing strategies from scratch for each role.
  • Track sourcing performance and maintain accurate records within the internal ATS.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, sales, or a similar role.
  • English: Strong written and spoken communication skills required.
  • Location: Must be based in LATAM.
  • Practical exposure to sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with an interest in improving response rates and candidate quality.

Nice to have

  • Experience sourcing for remote or international roles.
  • Familiarity with GitHub sourcing and analyzing tech profiles.
  • Experience with email automation tools.
  • Previous exposure to Startup or SaaS environments.
