What you will do

• Search for passive candidates using LinkedIn, Google, and ATS tools.
• Perform active sourcing for specified technical vacancies.
• Evaluate candidate CVs and conduct initial outreach to build trust.
• Maintain accurate data and candidate records within the ATS.
• Conduct market research and analysis on salaries and industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to optimize sourcing processes.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sourcing within an agency or in-house environment.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and Boolean search strings.
• Strong understanding of the IT market and technical roles.
• Experience with both outstaffing and outsourcing business models.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
