Principal Product Manager (AdTech): Driving the strategic vision for ad quality, privacy, and programmatic capabilities within the Ads network with an accent on scalability and regulatory compliance. Location: Must be based in New York, NY, USA. Relocation support and work visa sponsorship are not available.
Salary: $179,500—$269,300 USD

What you will do
- Craft and articulate the long-term vision and strategy for ad quality, privacy, trust & safety, and programmatic systems.
- Own and shape the product roadmap to ensure business impact and customer value.
- Lead the ad quality product strategy, focusing on creative moderation, policy enforcement, and fraud prevention.
- Develop a proactive privacy strategy to navigate global regulatory landscapes and turn compliance into growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify and size future innovation opportunities.
- Collaborate with Data Platform and Engineering teams to improve models, reporting, and technical workflows.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Product Manager in AdTech.
- Expertise in privacy/identity, ad quality, creative moderation, or programmatic/exchange technology.
- Deep understanding of the sell-side (publisher) ads ecosystem.
- Proven track record of building products from zero-to-one and scaling them.
- Strong analytical and technical knowledge for working with complex systems.
- Professional English proficiency for global communication.
Nice to have
- Hands-on SQL experience.
- Experience with supply-side platforms (SSP) or programmatic infrastructure.
- Experience evaluating or launching new ad channels or formats (e.g., CTV, commerce).
- Demand-side expertise and understanding of how data production influences advertiser value.
