Hybrid: Must be commutable to NYC headquarters or San Francisco office (3-4 days in-office per week, required Tuesdays and Thursdays)

$215,000-$258,000 base + target equity + benefits (NY/CA)

What you will do

• Own the full design process from strategy to execution for core product areas like scheduling, client/team management, and payments
• Design AI-powered experiences that integrate thoughtfully into the platform to reduce user friction
• Build user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and conduct user interviews to inform strategy
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, customer success, and marketers on intuitive UX/UI
• Deliver industry-leading products by understanding strategic positioning and competition
• Initiate new interaction concepts for users

Requirements

• 7+ years in Product Design/UX/UI; strong plus for booking/scheduling/team management/payment products
• Experience with sketching, wireframes, visual design, prototyping (Principle, Framer, Sketch, Figma, InVision)
• Proven use of AI tools for design strategy and impactful AI experiences
• High empathy for small business owners and ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-paced environments

Nice to have

• Prior experience designing booking platforms, scheduling tools, team management, or financial/payment products
