What you will do

• Lead client experience design strategy in partnership with Product and Engineering to define success metrics.
• Design end-to-end client journeys, patterns, and frameworks for a scalable and personalized ecosystem.
• Optimize online booking flows to reduce friction and increase conversion rates.
• Develop client self-management features for appointments, profiles, and loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design intent is preserved in production.
• Explore and define the use of AI to enhance booking flows and personalized recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Proven ability to design for conversion, retention, and engagement.
• Deep expertise in the iterative design process: research, journey mapping, prototyping, and testing.
• Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments and find clarity.
• Proficiency with modern design and AI tools including Figma, Claude, and Cursor.
