What you will do

• Recruit and manage strategic bank partners across EMEA to build a scalable referral ecosystem.
• Develop and align referral strategies with the global business goals of hirify.global.
• Manage contractual relationships and drive referral deals with internal and external field sales teams.
• Create joint messaging, sales collateral, and demand generation campaigns tailored by vertical or region.
• Establish a regular operating cadence with partners through pipeline meetings and structured business reviews.
• Travel across EMEA to support partner onboarding, training, and enablement.

Requirements

• Experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances within fintech, enterprise software, or the banking sector.
• Proven success in building referral or channel partnerships with tier-1 or tier-2 banks in EMEA markets.
• Strong background in enterprise SaaS GTM environments and co-sell/referral models.
• Experience in treasury, payments, liquidity management, or financial risk solutions.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Fluency in additional European languages, specifically French and/or Italian.
