What you will do

  • Define platform positioning and narrative for IrisX, translating complex AI and data capabilities into clear customer value.
  • Refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and messaging to ensure resonance across various segments and lifecycle stages.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for platform initiatives and commercial motions.
  • Drive commercial clarity by connecting product capabilities to adoption and new consumption models.
  • Collaborate across product pods and commercial segments to ensure consistent platform communication.
  • Mentor other PMMs to elevate storytelling and GTM execution standards within the team.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in platform or multi-product environments.
  • Ability to translate complex technical systems into simple, compelling narratives.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to link product features to revenue and customer value.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority in ambiguous environments.
  • Balance of strategic thinking and disciplined execution.

Nice to have

  • Experience with APIs, data products, or ecosystem-based solutions.
