What you will do

  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to showcase company culture and opportunities.
  • Create compelling content, visuals, and narratives that highlight what makes hirify.global unique.
  • Build and nurture the company's presence as an attractive employer in the tech community.
  • Collaborate directly with C-level leadership on branding initiatives.
  • Experiment with fresh ideas to differentiate hirify.global in the talent market.

Requirements

  • Creative mindset with bold ideas and willingness to innovate.
  • Strong communication skills to shape perceptions and evoke emotions.
  • Experience in branding, marketing, or related fields.

Nice to have

  • Experience in IT companies, software houses, or tech startups.
  • Familiarity with personal branding for executives or thought leaders.
  • Experience organizing events, meetups, or campus activities.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe) or video creation.
  • Connections in Polish or European tech community.
