Location: Hybrid: Gdańsk (2 days from the office)

Salary: Up to 120 PLN net/h

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, development roadmap, and full lifecycle management of data products within the Mobility Global portfolio.
• Convert business requirements into detailed product specifications through stakeholder engagement and collaborative workshops.
• Support Agile delivery by grooming and prioritizing the backlog and coordinating ceremonies.
• Partner with data management, analytics, data science, and engineering teams to build scalable solutions.
• Develop deep expertise in the automotiveMasterMind environment, including data structures and operational workflows.
• Analyze underlying causes of incidents to implement long-term improvements to data products.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within Agile teams.
• Solid knowledge of product management methodologies and value-focused delivery techniques.
• Experience working in data-centric environments with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of SQL and data querying.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Airtable, Azure DevOps, or Salesforce.
• English: C1 level required

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GCP technologies, MongoDB, and API testing solutions.
• Basic knowledge of dimensional data modeling principles.
• SCRUM certification or equivalent Agile credentials.
• Previous exposure to the automotive industry.
