hirify.global is developing BetSymphony, an ambitious gambling platform designed to support multiple unique brands with a focus on security and seamless user experience.

What you will do

• Own and maintain the product backlog for assigned functional areas of the BetSymphony platform.
• Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements for engineering teams.
• Prioritize the backlog in alignment with the platform roadmap, operator requirements, and business value.
• Integrate AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) into daily workflows for requirements drafting and trade-off analysis.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and maintain comprehensive documentation in Confluence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst in a software product environment.
• Proven experience in iGaming, specifically with PAM, sportsbook, casino, or payments.
• Strong ability to decompose complex business requirements into deliverable increments using Agile/Scrum.
• Familiarity with API-driven products and the ability to validate requirements via API documentation.
• Proven daily use of AI-assisted tools to accelerate product discovery and documentation.
• English: B2+ proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Macedonia, Poland, or Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience working on SaaS or productized platforms.
• Ability to provide structured feedback on UI/UX wireframes and user flows.
• Experience defining KPIs and requirements for data and reporting products.
