What you will do

• Serve as the on-site owner's representative, managing major data center construction from groundbreaking through final commissioning and handover.
• Manage the General Contractor and sub-trades to ensure strict adherence to project schedules, technical specifications, and safety plans (EHS).
• Own and track the project budget, including expenditures, change orders, and progress payments.
• Lead project meetings, coordinate the RFI and submittal process, and resolve field-level issues with Design and Engineering teams.
• Ensure construction activities comply with corporate quality standards and prepare turnover documentation for the Operations team.

Requirements

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex, fast-track construction projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Deep understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and commissioning processes (Levels 1-5).
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• PMP or similar professional certification.
• Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
