What you will do

• Lead project planning, scope definition, and budgeting for facilities optimized for AI and HPC workloads.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and master schedules using robust change management and cost control.
• Implement technical solutions for high-density power distribution, structured cabling for GPU clusters, and advanced liquid cooling.
• Coordinate between internal engineering and operations teams and external general contractors and vendors.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks related to design, supply chain, and execution.
• Oversee the selection, negotiation, and management of vendor contracts to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in construction project management for large-scale, mission-critical, or hyperscale datacenters.
• Deep expertise in power systems (UPS, PDU, transformers), cooling systems (CRAC, chillers, towers), and fire suppression.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Procore.
• Ability to traverse all areas of a construction site in various weather conditions.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required for project sites.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, liquid cooling systems, and high-wattage GPU server deployments.
• PMP or PgMP certifications.
• Experience delivering factory prefabricated datacenter projects (modular core, shell, and MEP).
• Knowledge of LEED or Uptime Institute Tier Standards.
• Experience managing global projects with international teams.
