Salary: $152,800 - $229,200 USD

What you will do

• Lead architecture for real-time signal pipelines and algorithm execution frameworks on the Prism Mapping platform.
• Define the multi-release technical direction for algorithm integration and the associated team partnership models.
• Set engineering standards for real-time guarantees, determinism, and clinical performance of algorithm-adjacent code.
• Lead the design and delivery of major subsystems, cross-cutting architecture, and large-scale technical initiatives.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive root cause analysis for complex problems spanning signal behavior and system code.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers and clinical experts to shape technical roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years, Master's with 5+ years, or PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep expertise in Python, C++, and software architecture for complex, multi-component systems.
• Strong understanding of DSP fundamentals, including latency, determinism, and sample integrity.
• Proven track record of delivering real-time, device-integrated, or networked systems.
• Experience leading large, complex, cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Must have U.S. work authorization (Sponsorship is offered for Principal-level roles).

• Experience working in regulated environments.
