What you will do

• Shape and execute trade marketing strategy for traditional trade channel in Poland.
• Plan and deliver trade activity calendar with strong market execution.
• Prepare and present trade plans to internal teams and external partners.
• Develop pricing assumptions with Revenue Management and manage trade marketing budget for efficiency and ROI.
• Monitor and analyze market/performance data (Nielsen, CMR) for fact-based decisions.
• Manage assortment and shelf strategy with Category Management and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in Trade Marketing within FMCG (or equivalent in FMCG Sales with hands-on trade experience).
• Solid understanding of traditional trade market dynamics.
• Strong financial acumen for working with numbers and budgets.
• Proven ability to analyze market/sales data and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Very strong presentation and communication skills internally and externally.
• Good command of English.
